Here’s a simple recipe for a delicious toasted paneer sandwich.

In a bowl, season the sliced paneer with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices, like red chili powder or chaat masala, and set aside.
Heat butter or oil in a pan, sauté onions and green chilies until translucent, then add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
On a slice of bread, layer the sautéed vegetables, spiced paneer, and fresh cilantro or mint, then top with another slice of bread.
Add more butter or oil to the pan, then toast the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the paneer is heated through.
Remove from the pan, slice in half, and enjoy your toasted paneer sandwich with chutney or ketchup.
