Boil Water, heat water in a pan, add salt and oil, and bring it to a boil.

Prepare Dough, gradually add rice flour to the hot water, stirring continuously to form a soft dough.

Knead Well, once warm, knead the dough until smooth and soft.

Fill the Press, grease an idiyappam maker and fill it with the dough.

Steam the Noodles, press the dough onto idli plates or banana leaves in a circular shape.

Cook Properly, steam in a steamer for 8-10 minutes until soft and fully cooked.

Serve Hot, enjoy with coconut milk, vegetable stew, or chutney.
