Here's how to make creamy Gobi malai chaap at home.

Prepare cauliflower and chaap, blanch cauliflower florets for 5 minutes and drain. cut soy chaap into 2-inch pieces and saute in butter until golden.

Make marinade, mix cream, yogurt, cashew paste, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, kasuri methi, salt, and pepper into a smooth marinade.

Marinate, coat blanched cauliflower and sauteed chaap with the marinade. cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the mixture, heat butter and oil, add cumin seeds and green chilies. stir in the marinated mixture and cook gently.

Add Milk, pour 1/4 cup milk, mix, and cover. simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes until cauliflower is tender.

Adjust seasoning, taste and adjust salt, pepper, or spices. add a splash of milk or water if needed for consistency.

Garnish and serve, garnish with coriander and cream. serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
