Prepare Ingredients, crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, and beat well. chop vegetables into small pieces for quick cooking.

Saute Vegetables, heat butter or oil in a pan. saute the vegetables for 2-3 minutes until slightly soft, then set aside.

Cook the Egg Base, add more butter or oil to the pan if needed. pour the egg mixture and cook on low heat until the edges set, leaving the top slightly runny.

Add Fillings, place the sautéed vegetables on one half of the omelette and sprinkle cheese on top.

Fold and Serve, the omelette in half, cook until the cheese melts, and serve hot with toast or salad.
