Boil eggs, boil eggs for 10-12 minutes, cool in an ice bath, and peel.
Halve eggs, slice eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks.
Make filling, mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Fill whites, pipe or spoon the filling into the egg white cavities.
Garnish and serve, sprinkle with paprika or herbs and serve chilled.
