Here's how to make refreshing probiotic Cucumber Kanj drink for summers.
Prepare the cucumber, wash and grate the cucumbers or cut them into thin strips.
Mix the ingredients, in a large glass jar, add water, grated cucumber, mustard seeds, chili powder, black salt, turmeric, and cumin powder. stir well to combine.
Fermentation process, cover the jar with a muslin cloth or a loose lid. keep it in sunlight for 2-3 days, stirring once daily.
Check & strain, after fermentation, taste to check the tangy flavor. strain the kanji and discard the cucumber solids.
Serve & enjoy, chill in the refrigerator and serve cold for a refreshing probiotic boost.
