Here's how to make crispy fish fingers at home.

Prepare the Fish, cut fish fillets into finger-sized strips.

Coating Station, set up bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. season them with salt, pepper, and spices.

Coat the Fish, dip fish strips in flour, then egg, and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly.

Fry the Fish, heat oil in a pan and fry the coated fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Drain and Serve, drain excess oil on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce, like tartar sauce or ketchup.
