Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, mix gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. gradually add water to make a smooth, lump-free batter of medium consistency.
Prepare the Bread, cut bread slices diagonally into triangles. optionally, stuff them with a mixture of mashed potatoes, green chilies, and spices.
Coat the Bread, dip each bread slice or stuffed bread into the gram flour batter, ensuring it's evenly coated.
Fry the Pakoras, heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. gently slide the coated bread slices into the hot oil and fry until golden and crisp.
Serve Hot, remove the pakoras and drain excess oil on a paper towel. serve them hot with chutney or ketchup.
