Here's a simple 5-step recipe for making crispy beetroot chips.

Preheat the Oven, set your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Slice the Beetroots, peel the beetroots and slice them thinly. use a mandoline slicer for even slices, as this helps them cook uniformly.

Season the Slices, in a bowl, toss the beet slices with olive oil, salt, and any additional seasonings of your choice until they are well-coated.

Arrange and Bake, spread the beet slices in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap. bake for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they become crisp.

Cool and Serve, let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp up further. once cooled, enjoy your healthy beetroot chips.
