Prepare the Dough,mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water to make a soft dough. knead well, cover, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Cook the Filling, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté chopped onions, bell peppers, and grated carrots. add spices like turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. stir well and cook until the veggies are tender.
Roll Out the Dough, divide the dough into balls and roll each one into a thin, round chapati.
Cook the Chapati, cook each chapati on a hot skillet with a little oil until it’s golden and cooked on both sides.
Assemble the Roll, place the cooked filling in the center of the chapati, add chopped coriander, and drizzle with green chutney or a dash of yogurt.
Roll It Up, fold the chapati over the filling, wrap it tightly, and enjoy your homemade veg kathi roll.
