Here's how to make Punjabi style Paneer Paratha at home in just 8 easy steps.
Prepare the dough, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and oil. add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the paneer stuffing, in a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, green chili, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and coriander leaves.
Divide and roll the dough, divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small circle.
Stuff the paneer mixture, place 2 tbsp of paneer stuffing in the center of the rolled dough.
Seal and roll again, bring the edges together to seal the stuffing and flatten slightly. roll it out gently into a paratha without breaking the stuffing.
Cook on a hot tawa, heat a tawa and place the rolled paratha on it.
Flip and cook with ghee, cook on medium flame, flipping it until both sides turn golden brown. apply ghee or butter for extra flavor.
Serve Hot, enjoy paneer paratha with curd, pickle, or butter for a tasty meal.
