Take 2 tbsp sattu in a mixing glass or bowl.

Add a little water and mix well to avoid lumps.

Pour the rest of the cold water and stir until smooth.

Add lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt.

Mix thoroughly, add coriander or green chilli if preferred.

Serve chilled, your protein-rich desi shake is ready.
