Prepare the Dough, in a bowl, mix flour and salt, then add water gradually to form a soft, smooth dough. cover and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Make the Paneer Filling, mix grated paneer, onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. add chopped coriander and mix well.
Shape the Momo, roll out small circles of the dough. place a spoonful of paneer filling in the center, fold, and pleat the edges to seal.
Steam the Momo, place momo in a greased steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes until the dough turns soft and slightly translucent.
Serve & Enjoy, serve hot with spicy red chutney or schezwan sauce for a delicious snack.
