Here’s a simple 5-step recipe to make an egg roll at home.

Prepare the filling, chop onions, capsicum, and green chilies. mix with a little salt, pepper, and lemon juice. keep aside.
Cook the egg, heat some oil on a tawa, pour a beaten egg, and spread it like a thin omelette.
Toast the paratha, place a cooked paratha over the egg while it's still slightly wet. press gently so it sticks.
Assemble the roll, flip the egg-paratha, add the prepared filling, some ketchup or green chutney, and optional mayo.
Roll and serve, roll it tightly, wrap one end with foil or butter paper, and enjoy hot.
