Prepare the Batter, mix chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
Add Vegetables, stir in chopped onions, tomatoes, chilies, and coriander. let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the Pan, grease a hot pan with oil. pour a ladle of batter and spread it thinly like a dosa.
Cook the Dosa, cook until edges turn golden. flip and cook for another minute.
Serve and Enjoy, crispy dosa with chutneys or spiced yogurt.
