Make the Masala, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, and chili, add turmeric, salt, and mashed potatoes. cook for 2-3 mins.
Heat a non-stick tawa on medium flame.
Spread the Batter, pour a ladle of dosa batter, and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Add Butter, place a generous amount of butter on the dosa and spread evenly.
Add the masala filling, and place the potato masala mixture in the center of the dosa.
Fold the dosa in half or roll it into a cylinder.
Serve the butter masala dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
