Here's how to make Moong Dal Paratha at home.

Cook the Moong Dal, rinse and cook moong dal with just enough water until soft but not mushy. drain any excess water and mash lightly.
Make the Filling, mix the cooked dal with cumin seeds, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, garam masala, and salt to prepare the stuffing.
Knead the Dough, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water to make a soft dough. let it rest for 15 minutes, covered.
Stuff the Paratha, roll out a small dough ball, add dal stuffing in the center, and seal. roll it out gently into a flat paratha.
Cook the Paratha, cook on a hot tawa, flipping and adding oil or ghee, until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney. repeat for the rest of the dough and stuffing.
