Prepare the Mixture, in a bowl, mix cooked rice, mashed potato, grated cheese, chopped vegetables, cornflour, chili flakes, oregano, and salt. combine well.

Shape the Cutlets, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval cutlets.

Coat with Bread Crumbs, roll each cutlet in bread crumbs for a crispy texture.

Heat the Oil, in a pan, heat oil for shallow or deep frying.

Fry the Cutlets, fry the cutlets on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve Hot, enjoy with ketchup, mint chutney, or mayonnaise.
