Saute Onion and Spices, heat oil or butter in a pan, add chopped onions and saute till golden. add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, saute for a minute.

Cook the Tomatoes, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. cook until tomatoes turn soft and the masala thickens.

Add Crumbled Paneer, add crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the masala.

Season and Cook, add garam masala, stir gently, and cook for 2–3 minutes. don't overcook to keep it soft.

Garnish and Serve, sprinkle fresh coriander. serve hot with roti, paratha, or bread.
