Here's how to make Punjabi-style Aloo paratha at home.

Prepare the Dough, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with a little salt and water. knead into a soft dough, apply some oil, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Make the Potato Filling, boil and mash potatoes. add chopped green chilies, coriander, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and dry mango powder mix well.
Roll Out the Dough, take a small portion of the dough, roll it into a small circle, and place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center.
Seal and Flatten, fold the edges over the filling and seal it well. gently roll it out again into a round paratha without breaking it.
Cook on the Tawa, heat a tawa and place the rolled paratha on it. cook for a few seconds until bubbles appear.
Apply Ghee and Flip, spread ghee or butter on one side, flip, and cook until golden brown spots appear. repeat on the other side.
Serve and Enjoy, serve hot with butter, curd, pickle, or lassi. enjoy your homemade Punjabi-style Aloo Paratha.
