Here's how to make delicious Besan Laddus at home to celebrate this holi.
Roast the besan, heat a pan on low flame, add besan, and dry roast for 4-5 minutes until aromatic.
Add ghee, slowly add ghee and mix well, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Roast until golden, keep stirring for 15-20 minutes until the besan turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
Add nuts & cardamom, mix in chopped nuts, raisins, and cardamom powder for extra flavor.
Cool the mixture, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Add sugar, once warm, mix in powdered sugar and combine thoroughly.
Shape the laddus, take small portions and roll them into round laddus using your palms.
Let them set, place the laddus on a plate, let them cool completely, and store them in an airtight container.
