Heat Ghee, in a deep pan, heat 1 cup of ghee on medium heat until it melts completely.

Add Whole Wheat Flour, gradually add 1 cup of whole wheat flour to the ghee, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. roast the flour for about 10-15 minutes until it turns golden brown and gives a nutty aroma.

Prepare Sugar Syrup, in a separate pot, boil 1 cup of sugar with 3 cups of water until the sugar fully dissolves. keep this syrup hot while preparing the flour mixture.

Combine Syrup and Flour Mixture, slowly add the hot sugar syrup to the roasted flour mixture, stirring continuously to prevent clumping and ensure a smooth texture.

Cook Until Thickened, continue stirring the mixture over medium heat until the ghee begins to separate and the halwa thickens to a soft, smooth consistency.

Serve Warm, once the kada prasad reaches the desired thickness, remove it from the heat and serve warm as a traditional offering.
