Boil, peel, and mash the potato until tender.

Peel the bananas and mash them thoroughly in a mixing bowl.

Combine mashed bananas with mashed potatoes, onions, coriander, green chili, cumin seeds, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.

Shape a small portion of the mixture into 8-10 small patties or discs.

Coat each tikki lightly with all-purpose flour or breadcrumbs on both sides.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Drain the tikkis on paper towels and serve hot with ketchup, chutney, or yogurt.
