Here's how to make healthy and delicious protein rich Sprout & Spinach Appe for breakfast in just 6 easy steps.
Blend the batter, grind the sprouts with a little water into a thick paste. transfer to a bowl and mix with semolina, curd, and water to make a smooth batter.
Add veggies & spices, mix in chopped spinach, onions, green chili, cumin, turmeric, and salt. let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
Heat the appe pan, grease the appe pan with a little oil and heat it on medium flame.
Pour the batter, fill each cavity of the pan with batter, cover with a lid, and cook on low-medium flame for 2–3 minutes.
Flip and cook, once the bottom turns golden brown, flip each appe and cook for another 2–3 minutes until crispy.
