Here’s a quick recipe to make Instant Kadha at home for relief from cold.

Boil Water, in a small pot, bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil.

Add Ginger, grated ginger to the boiling water and let it simmer for a minute.

Add Spices, add crushed black pepper, cloves, and cinnamon stick to the pot, allowing the spices to release their flavors.

Add Tulsi Leaves, tear 5-6 tulsi leaves and add them to the water. let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Strain the Kadha, once the flavors are infused, strain the kadha into a cup.

Add Honey, for added taste and soothing effect, stir in a teaspoon of honey before drinking
