Here’s a simple recipe for making Ayurvedic immunity shot.

Prepare the Base, in a blender, combine the grated ginger, turmeric powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper.
Blend, add the water and blend until smooth. You can adjust the water quantity depending on your preferred consistency.
Strain, if you prefer a smoother shot, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any fibrous pieces.
Add Honey, mix in honey until well combined. honey not only adds sweetness but also has antibacterial properties.
Serve, pour the immunity shot into small glasses or shot glasses.
