Here's how to make turmeric jaggery tea in 5 easy steps.

Boil Water, start by boiling 1 cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add Turmeric & Ginger, once the water is boiling, add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger to the water. stir well.

Add Jaggery, stir in 1 tablespoon of jaggery and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes. adjust the amount of jaggery based on your sweetness preference.

Add Black Pepper, for added health benefits, you can add a pinch of black pepper. It helps in the better absorption of turmeric.

Strain & Serve, strain the tea into a cup to remove any solid bits of turmeric or ginger. serve hot and enjoy your turmeric jaggery tea.
