Prepare the sattu mixture, in a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of sattu.
Add water, pour 1 cup of chilled water into the bowl with sattu. mix well to dissolve the sattu into the water.
Add lemon juice, squeeze in 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to add a tangy flavor.
Season the sharbat, add ½ teaspoon of black salt and 1-2 teaspoons of sugar for taste. stir to combine.
Mix well, use a whisk or spoon to ensure all the ingredients are well-mixed and smooth.
Garnish & serve, pour the sattu sharbat into a glass, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve chilled.
