Here's how to Make Chhena Poda at home.

Prepare Chhena, crumble fresh chhena and knead it well until smooth and soft. add semolina and mix.

Enhance Flavor, add chopped nuts and mix evenly. If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk for smoothness.

Add Sweetness, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder, mixing well to form a dough-like consistency.

Grease Baking Tin, grease a baking dish with ghee to prevent sticking.

Transfer & Shape, pour the chhena mixture into the tin and flatten it evenly.

Bake, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top. If using a stovetop, cook on low flame in a covered pan.

Cool & Serve, allow it to cool, cut into slices, and enjoy this delicious Odia dessert.
