How to make choco chip cake for Christmas Eve in 5 Simple Steps.

Prepare the Batter, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 cup sugar, and 2 eggs until fluffy. add 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.
Add Dry Ingredients, sift together 1.5 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. gradually fold this into the wet mixture, adding 1/2 cup milk to get a smooth batter.
Add Choco Chips, gently fold 3/4 cup chocolate chips into the batter. coat the chips lightly with flour beforehand to prevent sinking.
Bake the Cake, pour the batter into a greased cake pan and sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top. bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool and Serve, let the cake cool completely, slice it, and enjoy this festive choco-chip treat with family and friends on Christmas Eve.
