Here's how to make healthy and crispy Moong Dal Cutlets at home in 6 simple steps.

Grind the dal, drain the soaked moong dal and grind it into a coarse paste without adding water.

Prepare the mixture, in a bowl, mix the dal paste with mashed potato, onion, green chili, ginger, and all the spices. add rice flour or breadcrumbs for binding.

Shape the cutlets, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into flat, round cutlets.

Heat the pan, heat a non-stick pan or tawa and drizzle some oil for shallow frying.

Cook the cutlets, place the cutlets on the pan and cook on medium heat until golden brown and crisp on both sides.

Serve hot, serve the moong dal cutlets hot with green chutney or ketchup.
