Here's how to make healthy and tasty Black Currant Boba Tea at home.

Cook the tapioca pearls, boil tapioca pearls in water for 10-15 minutes, drain, rinse, and mix with sugar.
Brew the black Tea, steep black tea for 5 minutes, strain, and let it cool.
Prepare the black currant base, mix black currant juice, cooled tea, milk, and sugar until combined.
Assemble the drink, add boba to a glass, layer with ice, and pour the black currant mixture.
Garnish and serve, garnish with fresh currants or mint and serve with a wide straw.
