Soak the figs and almonds, soak dried figs and almonds in warm water for 15-20 minutes. peel the almonds for a smoother texture.

Blend the ingredients, add soaked figs, almonds, sugar, and a splash of milk to a blender. blend into a smooth paste.

Add milk, pour the remaining milk into the blender and blend again until frothy and well combined.

Adjust flavor, add cardamom powder for extra flavor and blend briefly. adjust sweetness if needed.

Serve chilled, pour the milkshake into glasses, garnish with chopped nuts or fig slices, and serve immediately.
