Mash the Rice, in a bowl, mash the leftover cooked rice using a spoon or hands.
Prepare the Batter, add gram flour, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, coriander, turmeric, cumin seeds, and salt.
Add Water, gradually add water to form a smooth, thick batter, not too runny.
Heat the Tawa, preheat a non-stick pan or tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Spread the Batter, pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it evenly into a round shape.
Cook on One Side, drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook on medium heat until golden brown.
Flip & Cook, flip the chilla and cook the other side until crispy and fully cooked.
Serve Hot, enjoy your delicious rice chilla with chutney or curd.
