Marinate Chicken, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and tandoori spices into a paste.

Coat Chicken, apply the marinade evenly on cleaned chicken pieces and let it sit for at least 2-4 hours.

Preheat Grill, Set your oven or grill to 220°C (430°F).

Oil The Tray, lightly grease a baking tray or grill rack to prevent sticking.

Cook Chicken, place the marinated chicken pieces on the tray and bake/grill for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.

Brush with Butter, baste with melted butter during cooking for added flavor and moisture.

Char for Smoky Flavor, turn up the heat or broil for the last few minutes to give it a slight char.

Serve Hot, garnish with lemon wedges and serve with onions and mint chutney.
