How to make vegan ragi choco chip cookies at Home.

Preheat, your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix the Dry Ingredients, in a bowl, combine ragi flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Prepare the Wet Mixture, in another bowl, whisk together coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients, mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture to form a dough. add chocolate chips and mix gently.

Shape the Cookies, scoop small portions of the dough, roll them into balls, and flatten slightly. place them on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each.

Bake, in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are firm and the cookies are slightly soft in the center.

Cool and Serve, allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before serving. enjoy your delicious and healthy vegan ragi choco chip cookies.
