Saute aromatics, heat oil in a pan, add onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. saute until golden.
Cook the spices, add turmeric, red chili, coriander, cumin, and garam masala. stir well to release flavors.
Add tomatoes, pour in pureed tomatoes, cook until oil separates, and the masala thickens.
Cook the keema, add minced meat, mix well, and cook until it turns brown and absorbs the spices.
Simmer with water, pour some water or coconut milk for a richer taste, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Adjust & finish, check salt, adjust spices if needed, and let it cook until thick and flavorful.
Garnish & serve, sprinkle fresh coriander and serve hot with dosa, chapati, or rice.
