Mash bananas, peel and mash ripe bananas into a smooth or chunky texture.

Cook the mixture, combine mashed bananas, sugar, and water in a pan. cook until sugar dissolves.

Add lemon juice, stir in lemon juice and cinnamon for flavor and preservation.

Thicken the jam, simmer on low heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens.

Cool and store, cool completely and store in sterilized jars in the fridge.
