Here's how to make Egg biryani at home.

Cook the Rice, boil basmati rice with whole spices and salt until 80% cooked. drain and set aside.

Prepare the Masala, heat oil/ghee, sauté onions until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. cook until soft.

Spice it Up, add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and yogurt. mix well until the masala thickens.

Add the Eggs, cut boiled eggs slightly and toss them in the masala for extra flavor.

Layer the Biryani, in a heavy-bottom pot, layer rice, masala, and eggs. sprinkle coriander, mint, and saffron milk.

Dum Cooking, cover with a tight lid and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes for the flavors to blend.

Serve & Enjoy, gently fluff the biryani and serve hot with raita or salad.
