Prepare the Ingredients, peel and chop the kiwis and banana into small pieces.
Add Fruits to Blender, place the chopped kiwis and banana into a blender.
Add Liquid Base, pour in yogurt, milk, or orange juice for a smooth texture.
Sweeten, add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
Blend Until Smooth, blend all ingredients until creamy and lump-free.
Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
Serve & Enjoy, pour into a glass, garnish with chia seeds or mint, and enjoy your fresh kiwi smoothie.
