Here's how to make delicious Kanda Batata Poha for breakfast in just 7 easy steps.
Wash the poha, rinse poha under running water for a few seconds, drain, and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
Heat oil & fry peanuts, heat oil in a pan, add peanuts, and fry until crispy. remove and keep aside.
Saute spices & aromatics, in the same pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. let them splutter.
Add spices & poha, mix in turmeric powder, salt, and softened poha. stir well so everything is evenly coated.
Finish with lemon & garnish, turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and mix well.
Serve & enjoy, garnish with fresh coriander and crispy peanuts. serve warm.
