Prepare the dough, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, cumin, ajwain, and 1 tbsp ghee. add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough. let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Prepare the mint mixture, mix chopped mint leaves with a pinch of salt and lightly crush them with your fingers to release flavor.

Roll the dough, divide the dough into small balls. roll out one ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.

Sprinkle mint mixture, brush a little ghee on the rolled dough, sprinkle mint leaves, and fold into a triangle or roll it up and flatten again.

Roll out again, gently roll the folded dough into a paratha shape, ensuring the mint is evenly spread inside.

Cook on a tawa, heat a tawa and cook the paratha on medium flame. flip and cook both sides, applying ghee until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot, enjoy your punjabi-style pudina paratha with curd, pickle, or a cup of chai.
