Heat Milk, boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Add Rice, add soaked rice to the milk and cook on low flame until it turns soft and blends well.

Sweeten It, add sugar or jaggery and mix well until it dissolves completely.

Enhance Flavor, stir in cardamom powder, saffron strands, and mix properly.

Prepare Dry Fruits, heat ghee in a small pan, lightly fry almonds, cashews, and raisins until golden.

Combine Everything, add the fried dry fruits into the kheer and mix well. let it simmer for a few more minutes.

Serve & Enjoy, once thick and creamy, turn off the flame and serve warm or chilled
