Here's how to make delicious Rajma Galouti Kebabs at home in just 7 easy steps.
Soak & boil rajma, soak rajma overnight, then boil until soft. drain excess water and mash well.
Prepare the mixture, in a bowl, mix mashed rajma with onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, gram flour, and spices.
Add binding & flavor, add lemon juice, fresh coriander, and salt, then knead into a soft dough.
Shape the kebabs, divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into flat round kebabs.
Heat ghee, heat ghee or butter in a pan on low-medium heat.
Shallow fry, cook the kebabs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
Serve & enjoy, garnish with onion rings and mint chutney and serve hot.
