Roast the Besan, in a pan, heat ghee and add besan. roast on low heat, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

Add Sugar, gradually add sugar to the roasted besan, stirring to mix evenly.

Pour in Milk, slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps, and cook until the mixture thickens.

Add Cardamom Powder, stir in cardamom powder for a rich aroma and flavor.

Cook to Desired Consistency, continue cooking and stirring until the halwa is smooth and thick.

Garnish, top with sliced almonds and pistachios for a festive finish.

Serve Hot, enjoy your delicious, warm besan halwa as a diwali treat.
