Here's how to make Dry Fruit Sabji at home in 7 steps.

Roast the Dry Fruits, heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast almonds, cashews, pistachios, and melon seeds. set aside.

Prepare the Masala Base, in the same pan, saute onions until golden brown. add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.

Add Tomatoes & Spices, stir in pureed tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. cook until oil separates.

Make the Rich Gravy, pour in cream or milk, stirring continuously to get a smooth, rich consistency. let it simmer.

Add the Dry Fruits, mix in the roasted dry fruits along with raisins. cook for a few minutes so they absorb the flavors.

Enhance the Flavor, sprinkle cardamom powder and stir well. let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Serve & Enjoy, garnish with chopped pistachios and serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
