Here's how to make Ghee Podi Idli at home.

Prepare the Idlis, steam fresh idlis or use leftover ones. let them cool slightly for better absorption of flavors.

Heat the Ghee, in a pan, heat ghee on low flame and add mustard seeds. let them splutter.

Add Spices, toss in curry leaves and dry red chili, saute for a few seconds until aromatic.

Coat the Idlis, add the idlis to the pan and stir well, allowing them to absorb the ghee.

Sprinkle Podi Masala, add the podi masala and mix thoroughly, ensuring each idli is evenly coated. adjust salt if needed.

Saute for Flavor, let the idlis cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame, stirring occasionally for crispiness.

Serve Hot, enjoy your flavorful Ghee Podi Idli with coconut chutney or as a snack.
