Prepare the Banana Puree, mash ripe bananas until smooth. Add lemon juice to prevent browning and mix well.
Make the Cake Batter, in a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar. add mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. mix until smooth.
Bake the Cake, pour the batter into a greased cake pan. bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes. let it cool completely.
Prepare the Mousse, whip chilled cream with sugar until soft peaks form. fold in mashed bananas and a little vanilla extract for flavor.
Assemble the Cake, slice the cake into layers. spread the banana mousse evenly between the layers and on top.
Chill the Cake, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the mousse and enhance the flavors.
Serve and Enjoy, garnish with banana slices, nuts, or chocolate shavings. slice and enjoy your creamy eggless banana mousse cake.
