Roast the nuts, lightly dry roast almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pistachios in a pan for 2-3 minutes to enhance flavor. let them cool.

Chop or blend, coarsely grind the roasted nuts in a blender or food processor. keep them slightly chunky for texture.

Prepare the dates paste, blend the seedless dates into a sticky paste. if needed, add 1 tbsp warm water for smooth blending.

Mix everything, in a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee, add the dates paste, and mix for a minute. then add the chopped nuts, raisins, and cardamom powder.

Cook & combine, stir the mixture on low heat for 2-3 minutes until it sticks together.

Shape the laddoos, let the mixture cool slightly, then grease your palms with ghee and roll into small laddoos.

Set & store, let them rest for 10-15 minutes, then store in an airtight container. they stay fresh for 1-2 weeks at room temperature.
