Here's how to make chia cranberry orange mocktail at home.

Soak the Chia Seeds, place 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in a small bowl with 3 tablespoons of water. let them soak for about 10 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.

Extract Fresh Juices, squeeze fresh oranges to obtain about 1 cup of orange juice. if using lemon juice for added tang, squeeze about 1 tablespoon from a lemon.

Mix the Juices, in a large jug or shaker, combine the orange juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and sweetener. stir or shake well until the sweetener dissolves.

Incorporate the Chia Gel, add the soaked chia seeds into the juice mixture. stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

Chill the Mixture, refrigerate the mixture for about 15-20 minutes. this allows the chia seeds to swell further and the flavors to meld together.

Add Ice and Optional Fizz, just before serving, add ice cubes to the chilled mixture. for a fizzy version, top it off with a splash of sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish and Serve, pour the mocktail into glasses and garnish with orange slices or a few fresh cranberries. serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, nutritious drink.
